\n- Backoffice Specialist with German or Czech or Polish (Remote).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Handle player inquiries efficiently via email, tickets, and chat;<\/em>
\n*Provide clear, professional, and personalized support to each player;<\/em>
\n*Identify recurring issues and report them to the relevant teams;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality support standards;<\/em>
\n*Keep records and track player feedback to help improve processes.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluent in German, Czech, or Polish (C1) with good English (B2);<\/em>
\n*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;<\/em>
\n*Experience or understanding of customer support or backoffice operations;<\/em>
\n*Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously;<\/em>
\n*Proactive, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service.<\/em><\/p>\n
