Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Communicate with customers via chat and email, offering quick and accurate support;<\/em>
\n*Assist with basic product or technical service issues;<\/em>
\n* Log all customer interactions clearly and accurately;<\/em>
\n*Coordinate with other teams to solve more complex cases;<\/em>
\n*Deliver friendly, effective service to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Slovak, Czech, Dutch or Danish and good English skills;<\/em>
\n*Experience in customer\/technical service or a similar role is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset;<\/em>
\n*Team player who can also work well independently in a dynamic setting;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly.<\/em><\/p>\n
