Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Evaluate team performance data and present clear, actionable insights based on metrics;<\/em>
\n*Identify potential leaders within the team and provide guidance, support, and motivation;<\/em>
\n*Assess skill gaps and collaborate in creating tailored training programs to address them;<\/em>
\n*Ensure effective communication between management, staff, and external partners for<\/em>\u00a0seamless operations;<\/em>
\n*Design and implement quality assurance standards to uphold high performance levels;<\/em>
\n*Improve current workflows to increase efficiency and strengthen organizational capacity<\/em>
\n*Guarantee that all operational tasks are completed on schedule and within the allocated<\/em>\u00a0budget.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a people management position in the BPO<\/em>\u00a0industry;<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in a dynamic, sales-driven environment;<\/em>
\n*Proven track record of meeting sales goals and guiding high-achieving teams;<\/em>
\n*Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities;<\/em>
\n*German C1 and English B2 level;<\/em>
\n*Strong skills in using CRM platforms and performance tools;<\/em>
\n*Ability to make data-informed decisions and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/em><\/p>\n
