For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue<\/em>
\ngrowth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for<\/em>
\na\u00a0Sales Performance Advisor with Spanish or Dutch or Italian or French and English<\/strong><\/em>
\n(Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Engage prospects and clients via phone, email, video calls, and social media;<\/em>
\n*Identify key decision-makers using Sales Navigator and targeted outreach;<\/em>
\n*Qualify and nurture leads to ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding teams;<\/em>
\n*Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact to deal closure;<\/em>
\n*Build lasting relationships through consistent, value-based communication;<\/em>
\n*Keep CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) accurate and up to date;<\/em>
\n*Track and analyze performance data to stay on top of sales goals.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Spanish, Dutch, Italian, or French, plus excellent English skills;<\/em>
\n*Over 2 years\u2019 experience in sales, ideally in tech or digital advertising;<\/em>
\n*Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and increase client budgets;<\/em>
\n*Strong consultative and strategic selling approach;<\/em>
\n*Clear, confident communicator with persuasive presentation skills;<\/em>
\n*Able to communicate complex concepts with clarity, confidence, and persuasion;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for lead and pipeline management.<\/em><\/p>\n
