\nstreamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for -\u00a0Help-Desk Representative<\/strong><\/em>
\nwith Dutch or Danish or Turkish or Azerbeidjani.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide first-line support to users in Dutch, Danish, Turkish, or Azerbaijani, ensuring a<\/em>
\npositive and trustworthy experience;<\/em>
\n*Monitor, review, and respond to user reports or content issues according to platform safety<\/em>\u00a0policies;<\/em>
\n* Escalate complex cases to senior specialists or technical teams when necessary;<\/em>
\n*Maintain accurate documentation of user interactions and case resolutions;<\/em>
\n*Contribute to a safe online environment by identifying potential risks, abuse, or policy<\/em>\u00a0violations.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Dutch, Danish, Turkish, or Azerbaijani, plus good command of English (spoken<\/em>\u00a0and written);<\/em>
\n*Strong motivation to start a career in digital trust and online safety;<\/em>
\n*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset;<\/em>
\n*Ability to follow detailed procedures and remain calm in sensitive or repetitive situations;<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in customer service, moderation, or a related field is an advantage, but<\/em>\u00a0not required.<\/em><\/p>\n
