\nOnboarding Consultant with German (Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Guide new clients smoothly through onboarding to ensure a great start with our software;<\/em>
\n*Build strong, lasting relationships through in-person meetings and ongoing engagement;<\/em>
\n*Monitor client progress from setup to license activation, ensuring success every step of the<\/em>\u00a0way;<\/em>
\n*Share best practices and optimization tips to help clients get maximum value from our<\/em>\u00a0solutions;<\/em>
\n*Keep all client interactions and activities well-documented in our CRM;<\/em>
\n*Tackle issues quickly, collaborating with internal teams to deliver fast, effective resolutions.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills;<\/em>
\n*2+ years of experience in client support or BPO, ideally in tech or software;<\/em>
\n*Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);<\/em>
\n*Organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple projects;<\/em>
\n* Skilled in using CRM tools and handling client cases or tickets;<\/em>
\n*Customer-first mindset with an analytical approach to improving results.<\/em><\/p>\n
