For one of our clients\u00a0<\/strong>- a global leader in business services, using technology to enhance<\/em>

\n-\u00a0Wellness Consultant with Spanish or Portuguese (Remote).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Be the friendly face of our brand, helping consumers feel supported and valued every day;<\/em>
\n*Assist proactively and resolve consumer questions or concerns quickly and effectively;<\/em>
\n*Handle sensitive cases with care and ensure exceptional attention to detail;<\/em>
\n*Become an expert on our products and understand what each consumer truly needs;<\/em>
\n*Engage with consumers across channels, including social media, to create a positive<\/em>\u00a0experience;<\/em>
\n*Share ideas and help improve our services continuously - all while working from the<\/em>
\ncomfort of your home, on scheduled day and night shifts.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Genuine empathy and the ability to connect with people and understand their needs;<\/em>
\n*Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (C1) and English (B2) with excellent communication skills;<\/em>
\n*Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but a positive attitude matters<\/em>\u00a0Bridge;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable using computers and MS Office, with good typing and multitasking skills;<\/em>
\n*Organized, proactive, and able to make thoughtful decisions independently;<\/em>
\n*Team-oriented, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment while<\/em>
\nworking remotely on scheduled shifts.<\/em><\/p>\n
