\ncustomer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for -Customer Service Representative\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>with Azerbaijani or Slovenian, or Czech, or Slovak.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide friendly and clear support to help customers solve issues with their personal devices;<\/em>
\n*Respond promptly to inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring customers feel heard and<\/em>
\nvalued;<\/em>
\n*Identify and fix device problems to deliver a smooth and satisfying experience;<\/em>
\n*Keep accurate records and follow up to make sure customers' needs are fully met;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate with teams to quickly resolve concerns and continuously improve service;<\/em>
\n*Stay informed about product updates to offer helpful and up-to-date advice.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluent in Azerbaijani or Slovenian, or Czech, or Slovak (C1) and English (B2);<\/em>
\n*Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Strong problem-solving skills and a caring, customer-first attitude;<\/em>
\n*Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in a simple and<\/em>
\npolite way;<\/em>
\n*Quick learner with basic technical knowledge to assist effectively;<\/em>
\n*Team player, organized, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/em><\/p>\n
