For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and<\/em>
\nprocess optimization for global clients, we are looking for -\u00a0Online Platform Support<\/strong><\/em>
\nAdministrator with Danish or Spanish or Polish or French (Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Handle customer requests and platform-related queries through our internal system - no<\/em>
\nphone calls required;<\/em>
\n*Monitor and respond to incoming tickets and messages via web-based tools;<\/em>
\n*Maintain and update product listings and information with a high level of accuracy;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues<\/em>\u00a0promptly;<\/em>
\n*Uphold data integrity and ensure compliance with company processes and standards.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Proficiency in Danish, Spanish, Polish, or French (B2-C1 level);<\/em>
\n*Good command of English for onboarding, communication, and documentation;<\/em>
\n*Confidence working with online platforms, dashboards, or digital tools;<\/em>
\n*Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently and responsibly;<\/em>
\n*Experience in customer support, e-commerce, or administrative roles is a plus.<\/em><\/p>\n
