\n* Create visually compelling graphics for sportsbook and game interfaces, promotional
\ncampaigns, and web content;
\n* Collaborate closely with CRM and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging visual
\nidentity across all projects;
\n* Design and maintain high-quality communication templates to enhance customer engagement;
\n* Utilize advanced design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to produce static and animated content;
\n* Optimize graphics in collaboration with the development team to balance performance and visual impact;
\n* Contribute fresh and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and promotions;
\n* Manage multiple design projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met without
\ncompromising quality.<\/p>\n
\n* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field;
\n* Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the gaming or betting industry;
\n* Strong portfolio showcasing creative, original, and high-quality illustrations or graphics;
\n* Excellent English; proficiency with design software including Photoshop, Illustrator,
\nInDesign, and other relevant tools;
\n* Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to varying artistic styles and brand guidelines;
\n* Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present and explain design concepts;
\n* Knowledge of HTML is preferred; front-end development skills are a plus.<\/p>\n
