\n* Maintain and enhance QA processes to ensure all CRM campaigns and creatives meet the
\nhighest quality standards;
\n* Conduct thorough testing of backend functionality and front-end user flows to guarantee a
\nseamless player experience;
\n* Ensure all promotions and creatives comply with relevant legal standards and responsible
\ngambling policies;
\n* Document, report, and track defects or issues clearly, providing actionable insights to
\nrelevant teams;
\n* Collaborate closely with CRM, technical, product, and customer service teams to ensure
\nsmooth project execution;
\n* Support continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and contribute to training activities;
\n* Keep website and communication content accurate and up-to-date, while updating
\nstakeholders on project progress.<\/p>\n
\n* Experience in a CRM or quality assurance role within the betting and gaming industry;
\n* Knowledge of both sportsbook and casino operations is highly desirable;
\n* Strong understanding of online gambling regulations and compliance requirements across jurisdictions;
\n* Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous approach to work;
\n* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve
\nissues efficiently;
\n* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present
\nfindings to all levels of an organisation;
\n* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with marketing automation
\ntools such as Optimove is a plus.<\/p>\n
