\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n* Become an expert in the company's CRM systems and tools, and apply this knowledge to
\nreal business scenarios;
\n* Manage CRM campaigns from initial brief to full execution, ensuring all deadlines are met;
\n* Analyze player behavior to create targeted segments and personalized offers;
\n* Collaborate with technical, QA, customer service, and other cross-functional teams;
\n* Set up, configure, and implement CRM initiatives in line with the promotional calendar;
\n* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify
\nimprovement opportunities;
\n* Ensure all website content and customer communications are accurate, compliant, and
\nregularly updated.<\/p>\n
\n* Proven experience in a CRM role within the gambling industry;
\n* Strong knowledge of both Sports and Casino products, with good understanding of betting
\n& gaming operations;
\n* Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of CRM lifecycle activities and best practices;
\n* Experience working with CRM platforms; familiarity with Optimove is considered an advantage;
\n* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels;
\n* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
\n* Proficiency in MS Office applications.<\/p>\n
