\n* Take full ownership of Casino financial performance, including P&L responsibility, budget
\ncontrol, and content engagement metrics;
\n* Contribute to shaping and delivering the Casino strategy across Product, Content, and
\nOperations, acting as a strategic partner to clients;
\n* Manage and guide the Casino team and day-to-day operational activities to ensure consistent
\nperformance and delivery;
\n* Prepare, analyze, and present regular financial, budget, and performance updates to senior
\nleadership and key stakeholders;
\n* Track and interpret local and global market trends, translating insights into commercially
\nviable product and content initiatives;
\n* Build strong platform knowledge to identify, propose, and drive enhancements that improve
\nplayer experience and revenue outcomes;
\n* Maintain high quality standards across Casino products, content, and promotional materials
\nwhile managing client relationships effectively.<\/p>\n
\n* A minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in online Casino management or a closely related role;
\n* Strong expertise in casino player behaviour, including slots, live casino, jackpots,
\nsegmentation, and engagement mechanics;
\n* Demonstrated experience managing external partners such as game studios and content suppliers;
\n* Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and communicate
\nfindings using Excel and PowerPoint, excellent English;
\n* Confident, inclusive leadership style with the ability to work independently and manage
\nmultiple priorities simultaneously;
\n* Solid understanding of sports betting markets, betting products, industry trends, and
\ncustomer retention principles;
\n* Working knowledge of gambling regulations and compliance standards, combined with
\nexceptional attention to detail.<\/p>\n
