\n* Define and lead a long-term VIP strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends,
\nand customer value growth;
\n* Build and manage advanced VIP segmentation models to identify, engage, and retain high-
\nvalue customers;
\n* Design, launch, and continuously optimize VIP programs, exclusive benefits, and bespoke
\nexperiences that drive loyalty and lifetime value;
\n* Use data, behavioral insights, and performance metrics to create personalized engagement
\nand proactive retention strategies;
\n* Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure VIP initiatives remain innovative
\nand competitive;
\n* Present VIP performance, insights, and growth opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders;
\n* Lead, mentor, and develop the VIP team, ensuring high service standards, strong
\nperformance, and operational excellence.<\/p>\n
\n* Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in VIP management, CRM, or
\ncustomer engagement within iGaming or a similar industry;
\n* Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with high-value customers through
\npersonalized, data-driven strategies;
\n* Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and BI tools
\nsuch as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau;
\n* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior
\nstakeholders and cross-functional teams;
\n* Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce,
\nOptimove) and omnichannel communication tools;
\n* Solid understanding of Responsible Gambling, AML, and Data Protection regulations
\nwithin regulated environments;
\n* Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher); additional languages are a strong advantage
\nin an international setting.<\/p>\n
