\n*Act as a trusted point of contact for B2B clients through phone and written communication;
\n*Support business customers using a global online payments platform, including digital
\ntransfers and payment solutions;
\n*Handle account, transaction, and service-related inquiries with accuracy and confidence;
\n*Present platform features and services clearly, highlighting value and benefits;
\n*Recognize client needs and proactively suggest relevant solutions and add-on services;
\n*Build long-term partnerships with clients through a consultative, sales-driven approach.<\/p>\n
\n*Experience in Sales and\/or Customer Support within a BPO or similar environment;
\n*Strong B2B communication skills, both verbal and written;
\n*Fluency in German or French (C1) and English;
\n*Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage complex cases professionally;
\n*Experience with online payment or financial platforms is a plus;
\n*Well-organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.<\/p>\n
