\nEssential Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n*Increase sales by reaching monthly targets in your assigned stores using smart and creative
\nsales methods;
\n*Monitor and understand market trends in your area to plan effective sales and marketing activities;
\n*Create and run promotion plans for your customers to help them sell more and perform better;
\n*Manage the regional trade marketing and BTL budgets to get the best results;
\n*Build and keep strong relationships with current and new clients through good
\ncommunication and negotiations;
\n*Guide and support distributor sales reps and merchandisers so they perform well in the field.<\/p>\n
\n*Proven FMCG sales experience with solid merchandising expertise;
\n*English proficiency B1-B2 level;
\n*Comfortable with Excel and other MS Office tools to support daily sales activities;
\n*University degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related field is a plus;
\n*Excellent communication skills with a proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach;
\n*Willingness to travel frequently for short trips; valid driving license required.<\/p>\n
