Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Create customized ad solutions that help clients achieve their goals;<\/em>
\n*Grow revenue by managing and expanding a portfolio of SMB advertisers;<\/em>
\n*Suggest optimizations and upsell products to boost campaign performance;<\/em>
\n*Connect with clients proactively via phone and email, providing expert guidance;<\/em>
\n*Build strong, long-term relationships to maximize client success;<\/em>
\n*Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and platform innovations.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Proven B2B sales experience, especially in outbound or consultative roles;<\/em>
\n*Excellent communicator focused on achieving results and driving client success;<\/em>
\n* Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and overcoming challenges;<\/em>
\n*Fluent in Romanian with strong English skills;<\/em>
\n*Results-driven, KPI-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment;<\/em>
\n*Quick learner, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.<\/em><\/p>\n
