\nOperations Specialist with German and English (Hybrid).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Be the first point of contact for employee HR requests, ensuring timely and high-quality support;
\n*Resolve inquiries using HR systems, knowledge tools, and self-service solutions, escalating
\nwhen needed;
\n*Manage core employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to offboarding;
\n*Maintain accurate employee and organizational data across HR systems;
\n*Coordinate onboarding tasks with internal teams to deliver a smooth employee start;
\n*Contribute to process improvements and HR system automation initiatives.<\/p>\n
\n*Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or an administrative HR role;
\n*University degree or equivalent qualification;
\n*Strong German and English skills (B2-C1 level);
\n*Customer-focused mindset with clear and professional communication skills;
\n*High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information;
\n*Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and work collaboratively.<\/p>\n
