Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide fast and friendly support via live chat, email, and live sessions with players;<\/em>
\n*Assist users with account access, payments, bonuses, and game-related questions;<\/em>
\n*Guide customers through the iGaming platform to ensure a smooth and enjoyable<\/em>\u00a0experience;<\/em>
\n*Identify and escalate technical issues or bugs to the appropriate teams;<\/em>
\n*Keep up with new games, promotions, and platform updates to provide accurate information;<\/em>
\n*Deliver top-notch service while building trust and loyalty with every interaction.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Turkish or English (both written and spoken is a plus);<\/em>
\n*Confident communicator with a passion for helping people and solving problems;<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in customer support or live chat is an advantage;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable working flexible shifts in a fast-paced, online environment;<\/em>
\n*Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of computers, browsers, and mobile devices;<\/em>
\n*Interest in iGaming or online entertainment is welcome, but not required.<\/em><\/p>\n
