\nAuditor with German and English.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Own the tracking of sales incentives and ensure bonus calculations are accurate and timely;
\n*Keep Sales teams informed with clear, actionable updates on rewards and programs;
\n*Lead and design audit processes across departments to ensure smooth operations;
\n*Review and verify in-store and digital campaigns for accuracy, visibility, and impact;
\n*Dive into performance data, uncover insights, and share recommendations that drive results;
\n*Collaborate closely with Field Sales teams to align on goals, new launches, and promotions.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken;
\n*Advanced Excel skills - comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis;
\n*Experience in Sales, Commercial, or Business Support roles is a plus;
\n*Proven track record in audit planning and execution;
\n*Strong analytical mindset with a passion for tracking performance and KPIs;
\n*Ability to manage and present data across multiple teams in a clear, impactful way.<\/p>\n
