\n*Maintain accurate financial records and handle daily accounting operations;
\n*Lead month-end close and prepare\/review balance sheet reconciliations;
\n*Partner with local teams to resolve finance queries and support smooth operations;
\n*Investigate discrepancies and unusual transactions, ensuring timely resolution;
\n*Support audits, process improvements, and transition activities;
\n*Ensure compliance with controls, policies, and high-quality financial reporting.<\/p>\n
\n*Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
\n*2-4 years\u2019 experience in finance or accounting operations;
\n*Knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes and query resolution;
\n*Experience with ERP systems and Google Workspace\/MS Office;
\n*Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy;
\n*Very good English communication and teamwork skills with international partners.<\/p>\n
