\n*Lead engaging onboarding sessions on products, tools, and client standards;
\n*Deliver impactful training programs that boost sales performance;
\n*Partner with Team Leads and Quality to drive targeted coaching initiatives;
\n*Identify skill gaps through floor observations and performance insights;
\n*Turn sales knowledge into practical, results-driven behaviors;
\n*Collaborate with Client Learning Partners to enhance training effectiveness;
\n*Contribute actively to continuous improvement within the Quality and Training process.<\/p>\n
\n*2+ years of experience in Training or Learning and Development;
\n*1+ year of hands-on sales experience (outbound, upselling, cross-selling, digital\/ad sales);
\n*Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent;
\n*Confident presenter with excellent communication skills;
\n*Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer-centric approaches;
\n*Familiar with online advertising and digital sales environments;
\n*Fluency in English, comfortable working with e-learning tools and CRM systems.<\/p>\n
