\n* Lead reporting and analytics to drive productivity and performance;
\n* Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and key metrics;
\n* Monitor workforce performance, schedule adherence, and service levels;
\n* Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to management;
\n* Collaborate with teams to create custom reports that meet business needs;
\n* Report issues promptly and suggest solutions for improvement;
\n* Coach your team to turn data into clear, actionable stories.<\/p>\n
\n*5+ years in reporting, preferably in sales call center or customer service;
\n*3+ years of team management experience;
\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
\n*Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools;
\n*Excellent English and very good communication and presentation skills;
\n*Experience developing reporting systems and dashboards;
\n*Able to collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational performance.<\/p>\n
