Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em>
\n*Drive growth across a dedicated portfolio of B2B advertisers by delivering strategic, data-<\/em>
\ninformed guidance;<\/em>
\n*Spot new revenue opportunities and propose customized digital advertising solutions that<\/em>
\nalign with client goals;<\/em>
\n*Cultivate long-lasting client partnerships through proactive outreach, including calls, emails,<\/em>
\nand scheduled performance reviews;<\/em>
\n*Interpret campaign data and provide actionable optimization strategies to enhance ROI and<\/em>
\noverall effectiveness;<\/em>
\n*Develop a deep understanding of each client's industry and challenges to recommend<\/em>
\nsmarter, more impactful solutions;<\/em>
\n*Consistently meet and surpass quarterly targets with a disciplined and results-oriented<\/em>
\noutbound approach.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/em>
\n*At least 1 year of experience in B2B outbound or inbound sales;<\/em>
\n*Foundational knowledge of digital advertising with the ability to cross-sell and upsell effectively;<\/em>
\n*Excellent communication skills paired with a customer-centric, consultative approach;<\/em>
\n*Strong phone presence and proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities;<\/em>
\n*Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to master new platforms and workflows;<\/em>
\n*Fluency in Italian, Romanian, Spanish, or German, plus English proficiency.<\/em><\/p>\n
