\n*Partner with client IT teams to ensure smooth cloud product implementation;
\n*Support deployment and configuration of cloud-based solutions;
\n*Translate business needs into effective technical solutions;
\n*Lead product demos, technical trainings, and proof-of-concept sessions;
\n*Deliver responsive Tier 1 support via email, chat, and phone;
\n*Monitor and report key performance metrics to drive results.<\/p>\n
\n*C1 fluency in Dutch, French, German, or Slovenian, plus strong English;
\n*Experience in technical support, cloud services, or IT environments;
\n*Solid understanding of cloud technologies and basic solution design;
\n*Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
\n*Confident communicator, comfortable in client-facing situations;
\n*Organized and performance-driven, with attention to detail.<\/p>\n
