For one of our clients - a global BPO provider offering high-quality customer support and business solutions, we are looking for an E-Sales Assistant with Arabic or Turkish or Romanian or German.<\/p>\n

\n*Connect with advertisers and agencies to optimize campaigns and unlock growth opportunities;
\n*Drive high-volume inbound and outbound sales conversations across the full customer journey;
\n*Proactively manage and accelerate your sales pipeline towards successful deals;
\n*Identify and engage key decision-makers using smart prospecting tools;
\n*Deliver data-driven recommendations that improve ad performance and ROI;
\n*Consistently achieve goals while building long-term client relationships.<\/p>\n
\n*C1 fluency in Arabic, Turkish, Romanian, or German, plus strong English skills;
\n*1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising;
\n*Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
\n*Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed performance targets;
\n*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment;
\n*Experience with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools is a plus.<\/p>\n
