\nOperations Specialist with German (HYBRID).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Support Key Account Managers in drafting, reviewing, and validating contracts, ensuring
\nfull compliance with internal policies and procedures;
\n*Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, resolving discrepancies - especially
\nthose related to pricing;
\n*Monitor account performance and proactively address any operational or contract-related issues;
\n*Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure contract terms are
\nimplemented effectively and efficiently;
\n*Identify and correct pricing errors or contract inconsistencies to ensure seamless service
\ndelivery and account stability;
\n*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline
\nprocesses and enhance team efficiency.<\/p>\n
\n*Completed commercial education or relevant experience in administrative, customer service,
\nor sales support roles;
\n*Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling contract and pricing information;
\n*Foundational knowledge of contract structures and compliance requirements;
\n*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with SAP or CRM
\nsystems is a plus;
\n*Good communication skills in German and English, written and spoken;
\n*Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.<\/p>\n
