\na\u00a0Senior Sales Performance Advisor with German or Arabic or Spanish or Dutch or French (Hybrid).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Lead both outbound and inbound engagement efforts through channels such as phone, email,
\nvideo conferencing, and social media;
\n*Pinpoint and connect with key decision-makers using Sales Navigator and tailored contact lists;
\n*Assess, rank, and cultivate leads, ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding team
\nwhen ready;
\n*Oversee the full sales journey - from initial contact to deal closure - by keeping prospects
\nengaged and following up with intent;
\n*Foster meaningful, long-term relationships through consistent and value-focused
\ncommunication;
\n*Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all client interactions and sales progress in CRM
\ntools like Salesforce;
\n*Review and interpret performance data regularly (daily, monthly, quarterly) to stay aligned
\nwith sales objectives.<\/p>\n
\n*Proficiency in German, Arabic, Spanish, Dutch or French combined with excellent verbal and written
\ncommunication skills in English;
\n*At least 2 years of proven success in a sales role, ideally within the tech or digital advertising space;
\n*Demonstrated ability to uncover growth opportunities and drive budget increases with clients;
\n*Understanding of digital advertising solutions and market trends is considered an advantage;
\n*Strong at acquiring new clients through strategic, consultative, and competitive sales techniques;
\n*Able to communicate complex concepts with clarity, confidence, and persuasion;
\n*Confident user of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) for sales tracking and pipeline management is a plus.<\/p>\n
