\ndelivering excellent service for global clients, we are looking for -\u00a0Digital Payments<\/strong>
\nSupport Consultant with German (Remote).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Communicate with B2B clients via phone and written channels in a professional and
\nconfident manner;
\n*Support business customers using a global online payments platform (digital transfers,
\npayments, account services);
\n*Resolve inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and platform features efficiently and accurately;
\n*Explain products and services clearly, helping clients get the most value from the platform;
\n*Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions or additional services when relevant;
\n*Build strong, long-term relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience.<\/p>\n
\n*Previous experience in a customer support or BPO call center environment (mandatory);
\n*Sales experience is a plus, but not required;
\n*Strong B2B communication skills, both written and spoken;
\n*Fluency in German (C1 level) and English;
\n*Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex cases calmly;
\n*Good time management, organization skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.<\/p>\n
