\nResponsibilities:<\/strong>
\n*Own and drive the program in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager to meet business goals;
\n*Collaborate with QA, Coaching, and WFM to maintain high quality and performance standards;
\n*Identify market opportunities and revenue drivers to guide focus areas;
\n*Execute and support sales activation plans, ensuring teams are trained and coached;
\n*Manage incentive programs (SPIFs) and track their impact;
\n*Contribute to recovery plans and ensure continuous performance improvement.<\/p>\n
\n*3+ years in sales-focused operations, preferably in online advertising or SMB sales;
\n*5+ years managing BPO teams in a results-driven environment;
\n*Strong understanding of program strategy and sales performance management;
\n* Skilled at analyzing data to derive actionable insights;
\n*Experience coaching and developing junior sales teams;
\n*Fluency in English, solid knowledge of advertising solutions and SMB market needs.<\/p>\n
