\n*1+ year of leadership experience with a strong foundation in managing and developing teams;
\n*3+ years of professional experience, including hands-on success in outbound or digital sales environments;
\n*Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and building consistently high-performing teams;
\n*Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions;
\n*Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels;
\n*Fluency in Spanish and English, proficiency in CRM platforms and sales performance tools.<\/p>\n
