\nlooking for an experienced\u00a0Site Manager - Fit-Out Projects<\/strong>\u00a0to join their on-site team in
\nSofia. This is a key leadership role for a strategic finance professional ready to take full
\nownership of the company's financial operations and support its next stage of growth.<\/p>\n
\n*Manage site operations throughout the final fit-out phase of residential projects;
\n*Oversee construction finishing works, installations, interior works, and furnishing;
\n*Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, budgets, timelines, and quality standards;
\n*Monitor progress and proactively identify risks or delays, implementing corrective actions when necessary;
\n*Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality execution;
\n*Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.<\/p>\n
\n*Degree in construction, architecture, or a related field;
\n*Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar site management or technical leadership role,
\nwith proven fit-out project completions;
\n*Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
\n*Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software;
\n*Active driver's license and ability to travel between multiple sites in Sofia;
\n*Team player with strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
