\n*Engage with potential and existing guests through inbound and outbound calls to drive new bookings;
\n*Identify customer needs and confidently recommend the most suitable vacation homes;
\n*Present property options, pricing, and availability in a compelling and persuasive manner;
\n*Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while maximizing sales opportunities;
\n*Proactively promote and upsell additional services;
\n*Support guests with booking adjustments, payment solutions, discount offers, and stay extensions to increase revenue and customer loyalty.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in Danish with strong English communication skills;
\n*Confident and persuasive communicator with a natural sales approach;
\n*Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals;
\n*Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills;
\n*Previous experience in sales, travel, hospitality, or call center environment is an advantage;
\n*Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented setting.<\/p>\n
