\n* Lead the architecture and delivery of a modern BI platform combining real-time data,
\nanalytics, and smart alerting;
\n* Provide hands-on technical leadership in Python\/R, SQL optimization, and scalable data
\npipeline design;
\n* Design and oversee data infrastructure covering orchestration, streaming, containers, and databases;
\n* Own key decisions around data warehousing, real-time processing, and analytics architecture;
\n* Define and enforce data quality, monitoring standards, and best practices;
\n* Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, promoting ownership and growth;
\n* Partner with Product and Engineering to turn business needs into impactful data and AI solutions.<\/p>\n
\n* Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative field;
\n* 5+ years of experience in data roles, including 3+ years in team leadership;
\n* Strong track record in building or scaling BI platforms or data products;
\n* Advanced skills in Python and\/or R, strong SQL, and solid data warehousing knowledge;
\n* Experience with data orchestration, containerization, and cloud platforms;
\n* Hands-on background in real-time data streaming, time-series data, and alerting systems;
\n* Exposure to machine learning, LLMs, or AI-driven analytics in production environments.<\/p>\n
