\n* tracking the availability and sales dynamics of products in the outlets;
\n*ensuring proper positioning and visibility of goods;
\n* Negotiating with customers for optimal commercial terms;
\n* expanding and developing the sales network and maintaining long-term relationships;
\n* Implementing promotional campaigns to increase sales;
\n*working with distribution teams, retailers and merchandisers to achieve targets;
\n*support and motivate field teams to deliver high performance.<\/p>\n
\n* Experience in FMCG sales and good orientation in merchandising;
\n* working level of English;
\n*Excel and MS Office skills for day to day commercial tasks;
\n*higher education in economics\/business - an advantage (not compulsory);
\n*Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients;
\n*proactivity, independence and strong results orientation;
\n*Travel readiness and a valid driver's license.<\/p>\n
