\nPortfolio Manager - Real Estate Investments.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Source residential land opportunities in Sofia through brokers, developers, landowners, and
\noff-market channels;
\n*Independently generate deal flow while collaborating closely with the SRD team;
\n*Evaluate land investments based on location, long-term appreciation, zoning, infrastructure, pricing, and downside risk;
\n*Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and counterparties;
\n*Coordinate legal, technical, and planning due diligence and oversee transaction execution;
\n*Monitor and manage land assets during the holding period, including market and regulatory developments;
\n*Contribute to platform build-out, acquisition strategy, and long-term portfolio growth planning.<\/p>\n
\n*5-10 years of experience in residential real estate, land transactions, or real estate investment\/advisory;
\n*Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Sofia residential land market;
\n*Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing property or land deals;
\n*Solid commercial understanding of zoning, planning, and regulatory risk;
\n*Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk without over-engineering decisions;
\n*English proficiency at C1 level or higher (working fluency with investors and board-level stakeholders);
\n*Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, high-integrity professional with a long-term, investor- aligned mindset.<\/p>\n
