\n*Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering responsive, high-quality
\nsupport aligned with People and Culture standards;
\n*Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and internal
\nmobility to offboarding - ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience;
\n* Resolve HR-related requests efficiently through case management systems, knowledge
\nplatforms, and self-service tools, escalating complex matters when required;
\n*Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and organizational data across HR systems,
\nensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times;
\n*Coordinate onboarding activities in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure
\na smooth start for new hires;
\n*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within People and Culture by optimizing
\nprocesses, supporting automation efforts, and enhancing system capabilities...<\/p>\n
\n*Previous experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a People & Culture
\nadministrative environment;
\n*University degree or equivalent qualification;
\n*Strong German and English skills (B2-C1 level) - both written and spoken;
\n*Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills;
\n*High level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive and
\nconfidential information;
\n*Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, adapt to changing
\npriorities, and collaborate across diverse teams.<\/p>\n
