\n- Sports Brand Customer Support Specialist with Dutch.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Provide customer support via email, voice, and chat;
\n*Assist customers with pre- and post-purchase inquiries related to sports brand products;
\n*Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and ensuring high-quality service;
\n*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the support system;
\n*Follow company procedures to ensure consistent customer experience.<\/p>\n
\n*Dutch - B2 level (mandatory) and English - B1-B2 level;
\n*Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or retail is an advantage;
\n*Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
\n*Ability to handle inquiries across email, chat, and voice channels;
\n*Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new support tools quickly.<\/p>\n
\n*Supportive and friendly team environment;
\n*Paid training provided;
\n*Monthly performance bonus after the 3rd month;
\n*8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, with 2 days off per week;
