\n*Support customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate assistance;
\n* Handle inquiries related to payments, money transfers, and transactions, or escalate to the right team when needed;
\n*Provide customer support related to payment and settlement processes while ensuring security and accuracy;
\n*Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with devices, software, and connectivity;
\n*Maintain professional, friendly communication while meeting service quality standards;
\n*Share information about useful products and sports-related goods, adding value through service;
\n*Keep customer records accurate and up to date using specialized support tools.<\/p>\n
\n*Strong command of German or Danish and good English;
\n*Interest in supporting payment, transfer, or other financial transaction processes;
\n*Affinity or interest in sports products and sports retail environment;
\n*Previous experience in customer support is a plus;
\n*Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage both service and technical inquiries;
\n*Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude;
\n*Flexibility to work rotating day and late shifts (no night shifts);
\n*Comfortable working fully remote and navigating different software systems.<\/p>\n
