For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for - Call Centre Agent with Japanese or Portuguese.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n*Be the friendly voice of our company, assisting customers via calls, emails, or chat with clarity and professionalism;
\n*Quickly resolve questions about our products, services, or orders, ensuring every interaction leaves customers satisfied;
\n*Escalate complex issues to the right teams while keeping the customer informed every step of the way;
\n*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our systems to help us continuously improve;
\n*Follow the company`s proven procedures and quality standards to ensure every customer receives a consistent and exceptional experience;
\n*Understand customer needs and, when appropriate, recommend products or services that add real value.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n*Fluency in Japanese or Portuguese, plus strong English communication skills (written and spoken);
\n*Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers;
\n*Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support is a plus;
\n*Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly;
\n*Able to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment;
\n*Efficiently handled customer inquiries in a support or call center environment.<\/p>\n
