\n*Evaluate team performance data and present clear, actionable insights based on metrics;
\n*Identify potential leaders within the team and provide guidance, support, and motivation;
\n*Assess skill gaps and collaborate in creating tailored training programs to address them;
\n*Ensure effective communication between management, staff, and external partners for seamless operations;
\n*Design and implement quality assurance standards to uphold high performance levels;
\n*Improve current workflows to increase efficiency and strengthen organizational capacity
\n*Guarantee that all operational tasks are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.<\/p>\n
\n*A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a people management position in the BPO industry;
\n*Previous experience in a dynamic, sales-driven environment;
\n*Proven track record of meeting sales goals and guiding high-achieving teams;
\n*Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities;
\n*German C1 and English B2 level;
\n*Strong skills in using CRM platforms and performance tools;
\n*Ability to make data-informed decisions and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/p>\n
