For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative with German or Spanish or Arabic (Hybrid).<\/p>\n

\n*Engage with prospects through multi-channel outreach at a steady volume;
\n*Identify and connect with key decision-makers using Sales Navigator and other tools;
\n*Pass qualified leads to the onboarding team for smooth handover;
\n*Track daily, monthly, and quarterly sales results and KPIs;
\n*Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent prospect communication;
\n*Keep CRM (Salesforce) fully updated with all client interactions;
\n*Drive leads through the sales funnel to conversion.

\nQualifications:<\/strong>
\n*Fluent in German, Spanish, or Arabic, plus English (written and spoken);
\n*2.5+ years of sales experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising;
\n*Proven ability to uncover opportunities and grow revenue;
\n*Familiarity with online ads or digital marketing is a strong advantage;
\n*Confident in competitive selling and winning new clients;
\n*Clear, persuasive communicator able to explain complex topics simply;
\n*Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.<\/p>\n
\n*Monday-Friday standard working hours (hybrid model);
