\nof an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the
\nroles -\u00a0Workforce Planning Coordinator - Gaming Studio.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Coordinate and oversee work schedules, table rotations, and attendance in Operations;
\n*Partner with HR and Team Leads to manage time-off requests and ensure full staffing;
\n*Prepare daily staffing reports and resolve any scheduling conflicts;
\n*Plan and update staffing coverage for all departments and organize shift rotations;
\n*Track attendance and ensure team compliance with schedules and regulations;
\n*Handle admin tasks from management and collaborate with Operations teams for smooth workflow.<\/p>\n
\n*Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail;
\n*Degree in Business, HR, Law, or related field is an advantage;
\n* Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with scheduling software;
\n*Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks;
\n*Excellent communication skills in English;
\n*At least 6 months of experience in a similar role is required.<\/p>\n
