\n*Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat;
\n*Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, or accounts;
\n*Handle each interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-contact resolution;
\n*Accurately log and follow up on customer interactions using internal systems;
\n*Meet performance goals such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards;
\n*Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve the customer experience.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Spanish, Dutch, Danish or German, plus good communication skills in English;
\n*Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;
\n*Comfortable handling conversations via phone and chat;
\n*Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software tools quickly;
\n*Motivation to achieve targets and deliver positive results;
\n*Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential - full training is provided.<\/p>\n
