\n*Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, AdCash, Propeller, and more;
\n*Analyze performance to boost conversions, ROAS, and LTV;
\n*Work with creative and product teams to craft high-impact ads and landing pages;
\n*Test and improve ads, copy, and audiences through A\/B experiments;
\n*Track results and provide actionable insights for growth;
\n*Manage campaign budgets efficiently across multiple platforms.<\/p>\n
\n*2+ years in performance marketing or media buying;
\n*Strong experience with Meta Ads and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio);
\n*Knowledge of Meta Conversions is a big plus;
\n*Data-driven with sharp analytical skills;
\n*Experience in iGaming or regulated industries is advantageous;
\n*Excellent English skills; affiliate\/influencer marketing knowledge is a plus.<\/p>\n
