\nSupport Services Specialist with Dutch (Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Answer inbound calls about payments, billing, and service updates;<\/em>
\n*Process requests to update customer account details;<\/em>
\n*Help manage payment transactions smoothly;<\/em>
\n*Support important social and care programs;<\/em>
\n*Provide friendly and accurate customer service.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Dutch and very good English skills;<\/em>
\n*Basic understanding of social or care services is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Ability to handle written requests carefully;<\/em>
\n*Attention to detail and eagerness to learn;<\/em>
\n*Willingness to deliver great customer service.<\/em><\/p>\n
