\n*Be the go-to person for our customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone;
\n*Help customers with questions before and after their purchases, making their experience smooth and enjoyable;
\n*Solve problems creatively and ensure every customer feels valued and heard;
\n*Keep track of customer interactions with accuracy and attention to detail in our support system;
\n*Follow best practices and company guidelines to deliver a consistent and outstanding customer experience.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in Dutch (B2) and proficient in English (B1-B2);
\n*Prior experience in customer support is a plus, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands;
\n*Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach;
\n*Confident managing customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone;
\n*Comfortable with basic computer tools and quick to learn new support systems.<\/p>\n
\n*Supportive and friendly team environment;

\n*Monthly performance bonus after the 3rd month;
\n*8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, with 2 days off per week;
