\nJunior Tech Support Advisor with Spanish or Portuguese (Remote).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat;
\n*Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, or accounts;
\n*Handle each interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-contact resolution;
\n*Accurately log and follow up on customer interactions using internal systems;
\n*Meet performance goals such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards;
\n*Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve the customer experience;
\n*Provide timely updates on case progress through ticketing and chat systems, ensuring a
\npositive customer experience;
\n*Troubleshoot account, access, and application-related issues following established procedures.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, plus good communication skills in English;
\n*Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;
\n*Comfortable handling conversations via phone and chat;
\n*Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software tools quickly;
\n*Motivation to achieve targets and deliver positive results;
\n*Previous customer service experience is a plus;
\n*Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and basic knowledge of SaaS or cloud application;
\n*Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting.<\/p>\n
