For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a B2B Sales Product Specialist with German and English (Hybrid).<\/p>\n

\n*Consistently meet and surpass revenue targets by driving product sales, renewals, and strategically identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts;
\n*Oversee a defined client portfolio, nurturing strong partnerships and expanding business within your assigned market;
\n*Lead customers through a seamless onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition from purchase to full product adoption;
\n*Act as a trusted advisor by recommending best practices that maximize product value and improve customer outcomes;
\n*Partner closely with internal teams to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience;
\n*Accurately document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.<\/p>\n
\n*Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently;
\n*Previous experience (2-3 years) in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles in a dynamic environment;
\n*Strong history of achieving or exceeding performance targets and contributing to team success;
\n*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-lasting client relationships;
\n*Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is considered a plus;
\n*Adaptable and tech-savvy mindset, with the ability to quickly grasp new tools, systems, and data insights.<\/p>\n
