\nAgent liaising with clients with German or French, or Spanish, or Dutch.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Answering customer inquiries via email and chat in German or French;<\/em>
\n* Providing accurate and timely information about products, services or<\/em>\u00a0Orders;<\/em>
\n*Solving standard cases and problems through internal systems and databases;<\/em>
\n* Escalating more complex cases to the appropriate teams as needed;<\/em>
\n* Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions;<\/em>
\n* Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Excellent knowledge of German or French or Spanish or Dutch (level B2-C1);<\/em>
\n*Very good level of English (minimum B2);<\/em>
\n*Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory;<\/em>
\n* Good communication skills and customer orientation;<\/em>
\n* Computer skills and basic office applications (MS Office, browsers,<\/em>
\nsystems);<\/em>
\n* Willingness to work primarily with written communication and limited phone contact.<\/em><\/div>\n
